The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Orders are usually dispatched 1 working day after receiving cleared payment.
FREE delivery is only available to addresses in the UK only.
If any of our items are deemed by the customer to be faulty they can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Bird Box Direct will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order to email@example.com. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
