Prices
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We offer a FREE UK delivery service on all orders. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Method
Nest Boxes will be sent via Courier (3-5 Days, Insurance & Tracking included).
If you require Special Delivery please contact us for a quote.
Also contact us for delivery prices outside the UK.
Large orders can be sent in parcels or on pallet(s). For wholesale enquiries please contact us for a quote.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Orders are usually dispatched 1 working day after receiving cleared payment.
FREE delivery is only available to addresses in the UK only.
Payment
Payment by cheque or credit card is due at the time of order.
Goods remain the property of Bird Box Direct until fully paid for.
Refunds Policy
If any of our items are deemed by the customer to be faulty they can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Bird Box Direct will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order to info@birdboxdirect.co.uk. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Warranty
Products sold by Bird Box Direct are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse or by animals.
Returned Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Bird Box Direct shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of Bird Box Direct shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Bird Box Direct cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Bird Box Direct the buyer is agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
